Then they can create a message in component SV-SMG-MAI-APR and SAP will release the required download basket in SAP Service Marketplace. The above process is staffed by a team 7x24 in charge of releasing download baskets. SAP provides clients 000 with a standard configuration for the Solution Manager. Source: Client 000 • Source User: Client 001 • Target: Your new client (say 100) • Profile : SAP_ALL Client 001 contains users for the Java Stack, for communication between ABAP and Java, so client 001 must be the source client for users. Have all the required Solution Manager Add-ons and Support Packages been applied? Do satellite systems meet the minimum Support Package levels required for the Solution Manager? Have the latest ST-PI and ST-A/PI been imported into the Solution Manager and Satellite systems? Has the standard remote connection to SAP been configured and tested? Has a current SAP GUI been installed on the front-end machines of those who will be using Solution Manager? Has Microsoft Office 2000, Service Pack 1 (language version English) or later or Microsoft Office 2002 (Office XP) been installed on the Frontends of the employees who will be using the SAP Solution Manager to generate word reports?
