ACE WORKSHOPS IN JUNE Each school is to dedicate two full days of year-end meetings for teachers to develop unit plans according to the ACE differentiated unit structure. INSTANT ALERT PROVIDER The Catholic Schools Office is investigating a new instant alert solution. The frontrunner is Alert Solutions, the only completely embedded communication suite within Pearsonâs PowerSchool student information system and a cutting-edge approach to school communication which allows for instant alerts and the emailing of forms and report cards from within PowerSchool. Additional information will be forthcoming. Questions should be directed to Edward Card at 973- 777-8818 X232 or edcard.diocese@patdioschools.org. ACTION ALERT The NJ Catholic Conference asks all to voice their concern to the Governor and to their legislators that legislation (A-373) was passed assuring that every public school would be equipped with additional safety precautions (emergency lights and panic alarm systems linked to local law enforcement), but no such legislation will be provided for non-public schools.
