Work Experience BOSTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS, Boston, MA (1997 – present) Director of Implementation – Capital & Facilities Management (April 2012 – Present) Responsible for successful leadership in the design and implementation of large-scale, district-wide initiatives:  Served as BPS liaison to design, construct, and relocation of 500 school department employees to the new state-of-the-art school headquarters: the Bruce C. Bolling Building in Roxbury MA.  Planned and facilitated of cross-functional work to open, move and close schools  Designed and managed creation of capital budget rating tool, that served to prioritize project requests totaling $46M.  Responsible for preparation of BPS capital budget, documentation, and presentations in alignment with city council requirements.  Represented the school department to design and construct new facilities, coordinated Massachusetts School Building Authority planning efforts.  Designed and implemented the strategic plan to deploy a donation of 10,000 wi nter coats to homeless and at risk students across the city of Boston.
