Hi there. Today we are going to make a simple and best homemade Vegetable Soup. This soup is made of vegetables and is best for weight loss and dieting plans. It is a healthy vegetable soup and tasty as well. So, lets get started.
Vegetable Soup Recipe
A little bit of salt and pepper powder4 cups of vegetable stock
1 tablespoon of oil
Half cup of diced carrots1 cup of chopped broccoli1 large clove of chopped garlic
cup of celery
cup of diced tofu
cup of chopped onion
Half cup of chopped mushrooms
First of all, heat the pan at medium heat and add the oil in it. We can use olive oil or any cooking oil for this purpose.
Add your garlic now.
Add your chopped onions.
Now add the celery.
Add carrots and mix all the ingredients.
After 1 or 2 minutes, add broccoli now and cook it for one more minute.
Add your chopped mushrooms and mix everything well.
Now add your stock. You can use vegetable or chicken stock here. Let it boil for some time.
Now add a little bit of salt and black pepper in it.
At the last, add tofu in it.
After boiling for 5 to 7 minutes more, your vegetable soup is ready.
