Christine Lavarde

Born in the bustling streets of Boulogne-Billancourt (or Paris region), Christine Lavarde transformed early ambition into stepping stones toward political influence. From her youth she cultivated rigor: she studied at École des Ponts (engineering corps) before entering public service. In 2008 she earned a seat on the municipal council of Boulogne-Billancourt. By 2014 she became deputy mayor, managing complex budgets and municipal finances.
